Tell us what is breaking.

A short description of the problem is more useful than a long one. If it turns out you do not need us, we will say so.

Reach out

Email is best — it gives us something to quote from.

Service area
Albuquerque, Santa Fe and northern New Mexico
Response
Usually within one business day

What to include

Four lines saves us both a phone call.

The fastest way to get a useful answer is to include:

  • What the business does, and roughly how many people and devices
  • What is failing, or what you are trying to build
  • What you have already tried, if anything
  • Any deadline you are working against

If it is urgent — something is down right now — say so in the subject line and call as well. Email does not wake anyone up.

Not a fit if: you are looking for the cheapest hourly rate, or for someone to click through a vendor's install wizard and leave. The work here is engineering, and it is priced accordingly.

Prefer to just send the details?

One email with the four lines above is enough to get a real answer rather than a discovery call. If something is down right now, put that in the subject line and it gets looked at first.
